Hat

Rnd 1- Taking your 5.00mm crochet hook and jet black DK yarn, start of by making a Slip Knot, then crochet 2 Chains. Crochet 8 Half Double Crochets into the first chain you made. Slip Stitch into the first half double crochet. You should have 8 half double crochets now.
Rnd 2- Chain 1, then crochet 2 Half Double Crochets into the same stitch. Crochet 2 Half Double Crochets into every stitch all around. Slip Stitch into the first half double crochet. You should have 16 half double crochets now.
Rnd 3- Chain 1, then crochet 2 Half Double Crochets into the same stitch. *Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet. Then crochet 2 Half Double Crochets in the next stitch. Repeat from the * all around. Slip Stitch into the first half double crochet. You should have 24 half double crochets now.
Rnd 4- Chain 1, then crochet 2 Half Double Crochets into the same stitch. *Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet into the next 2 stitches. Then crochet 2 Half Double Crochets in the next stitch. Repeat from the * all around. Slip Stitch into the first half double crochet. You should have 32 half double crochets now.
Rnd 5- Chain 1, then crochet 2 Half Double Crochets into the same stitch. *Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet into the next 3 stitches. Then crochet 2 Half Double Crochets in the next stitch. Repeat from the * all around. Slip Stitch into the first half double crochet. You should have 40 half double crochets now.
Rnd 6- Chain 1, then crochet 2 Half Double Crochets into the same stitch. *Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet into the next 4 stitches. Then crochet 2 Half Double Crochets in the next stitch. Repeat from the * all around. Slip Stitch into the first half double crochet. You should have 48 half double crochets now.
Rnd 7 - 16- Chain 1, then crochet 1 Half Double Crochet into the same stitch. Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet into every stitch all around. Slip Stitch into the first half double crochet. 
Fasten off, and weave in loose ends.

Ears

Rnd 1- Taking your 5.00mm crochet hook and jet black DK yarn, start of by making a Slip Knot, then crochet 2 Chains. Crochet 8 Half Double Crochets into the first chain you made. Slip Stitch into the first half double crochet. You should have 8 half double crochets now.
Rnd 2- Chain 1, then crochet 2 Half Double Crochets into the same stitch. Crochet 2 Half Double Crochets into every stitch all around. Slip Stitch into the first half double crochet. You should have 16 half double crochets now. 
Rnd 3- Chain 1, then crochet 2 Half Double Crochets into the same stitch. *Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet. Then crochet 2 Half Double Crochets in the next stitch. Repeat from the * all around. Slip Stitch into the first half double crochet. You should have 24 half double crochets now.
Rnd 4- Chain 1, then crochet 2 Half Double Crochets into the same stitch. *Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet into the next 2 stitches. Then crochet 2 Half Double Crochets in the next stitch. Repeat from the * all around. Slip Stitch into the first half double crochet. You should have 32 half double crochets now.
Fasten off, and weave in loose ends.
Repeat pattern "Ear" 4 times. Sew the 4 ears together in pairs, to make 2 ears in total.
Sew both ears onto the top of the hat, making sure to space them out evenly.


Diaper Cover

Row 1- Taking your 5.00mm crochet hook and red DK yarn, start of by making a Slip Knot, then crochet 51 Chains. Crochet 1 Single Crochet into the second chain from your hook. Crochet 1 Single Crochet in the next 49 stitches.
Row 2-3- Chain 1, crochet 1 Single Crochet in the same stitch. Crochet 1 Single Crochet in the next 49 stitches.
Row 4- Chain 2, crochet 1 Double Crochet in the same stitch. Crochet 1 Double Crochet in the next 49 stitches.
Row 5-7- Chain 1, crochet 1 Single Crochet in the same stitch. Crochet 1 Single Crochet in the next 49 stitches.
Row 8- Slip Stitch in the next 11 stitches. Slip Stitch in the next stitch, Chain 1 and crochet 1 Half Double Crochet in the same stitch. Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet in the next 27 stitches. Turn your work. You should have 28 stitches now.
Row 9- Chain 1. Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet Decrease. Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet in the next 24 stitches. Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet Decrease. You should have 26 stitches now.
Row 10- Chain 1. Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet Decrease. Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet in the next 22 stitches. Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet Decrease. You should have 24 stitches now.
Row 11- Chain 1. Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet Decrease. Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet in the next 20 stitches. Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet Decrease. You should have 22 stitches now.
Row 12- Chain 1. Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet Decrease. Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet in the next 18 stitches. Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet Decrease. You should have 20 stitches now.
Row 13- Chain 1. Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet Decrease. Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet in the next 16 stitches. Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet Decrease. You should have 18 stitches now.
Row 14- Chain 1. Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet Decrease. Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet in the next 14 stitches. Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet Decrease. You should have 16 stitches now.
Row 15- Chain 1. Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet Decrease. Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet in the next 12 stitches. Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet Decrease. You should have 14 stitches now.
Row 16-30- Chain 1. Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet in the next 14 stitches.
Fasten off, and weave in loose ends.



Taking your 5.00mm crochet hook and red DK yarn, start of by making a Slip Knot, then attach your yarn to the back of the diaper cover, right in the middle.
Then Single Crochet all along the edge of your diaper cover. Slip Stitch into the first single crochet.
Fasten off, and weave in loose ends.
Now, sew your 2 buttons onto the front of the diaper cover, making sure that when you fold the diaper cover closed that "Row 4" is above the buttons. You can easily adjust the size of the diaper cover be just changing what double crochets you use as a button hole for the buttons.

Yellow Buttons

Taking your 5.00mm crochet hook and yellow DK yarn, start of by making a Magic Circle, then crochet 3 Chains. Crochet 16 Triple Crochets into the magic circle. Slip Stitch into the first triple crochet.
Fasten off, and weave in loose ends.
Repeat "Yellow Button" pattern twice, to make a pair. Sew both yellow buttons onto the back of the diaper cover, making sure to space them out evenly.

Mouse Tail

Taking your 5.00mm crochet hook and jet black DK yarn, start of by making a Slip Knot, then crochet 12 Chains. Crochet 2 Single Crochets into the second chain from your hook. Crochet 2 Single Crochets in the next stitch. Crochet 1 Single Crochet in the next 9 stitches.
Fasten off, and weave in loose ends.
Sew the completed tail onto the back of the diaper cover, beneath the 2 yellow crocheted buttons.
